The President Randy FCC Walkie Talkie CB Radio! A New Feature Packed Handheld in 2021? You Bet!

I was so excited to hear that President was going to make a hand held walkie talkie for the US market. When they arrived here I asked to check one out, and the good folks over there were kind enough to send me one.
This thing puts my trusty TRC-216 to shame! Sure that old radio was great in it's day, but it's 2021 Radios need more features and functions to really set themselves apart. Well, The Randy does! It's got scan, weather, anl, nb, and hi-cut. Vox is available with an external mic, Hi/Lo power, rechargeable battery from car or house power, and the ability to hook it to a roof top or base antenna, the list goes on and on.

I can tell you that this radio will be in the collection for the rest of my days. It's perfect for tossing into a go bag or the glovebox of a car that isn't already equipped with a CB.
