Part 1 of my series on flipping lawn equipment for $$. This is a great little mower that ended up needing more than I initially thought.
This part one was way to long, and had to much going on, so the rest of the work will be much shorter videos that focus on just one item.

I can't imagine how many of these tractors end up in the scrap heap or get sold for 50.00 due to little issues like these. While I am going the extra mile to make sure the next owner of this one gets a good value, most of these "Flips" are usually nothing more than a deep clean, a battery and a carb cleaning.
In an average year a motivated 20 year old could make an easy 10K in profits. I know since I used to!
