Jenn's Jalapeno Poppers. A Really Nice Side Dish For Any Meal, And Not As Hot As You Would Imagine.

This is one of those creations Jenn came up with years ago. She was watching a random cooking show and the girls were making some fancy shrimp dish. She really like the idea of the filling they were using with their dish, and decided to try it with Jalapenos instead. I loved it, and it's been a staple during the summer since!
