Off Grid Solar Setup Part 4: Building A Hut To House The Electronics and Battery.

It's time to wrap up this series as I've already started looking at phase 2 and 3! This is a glimpse of the "Dog House" as I call it. It's a 3x4 shed that will hold the massive battery(s), the 2000 watt inverter and the solar charge controller. I'm also going to be adding a grid tie inverter in it that I can switch to when I want to just reduce the electric costs that we have here. That way the system can start paying for itself sooner than it would have.
It's been a fun and interesting project. I still have a LOT to learn about these systems, but I feel like I'm off to a great start!
