The Cobra142GTL Base Station. A True Classic SSB Base From The Era That Still Rocks!

There were 2 main players in the Base station game back in the day. The President/Uniden Washington And The Cobra 142GTL. Both of these radios were great affordable sideband setups that could be tuned, modded and played with to make into 100% one of a kind setups. While The President Madison and Cobra 2000 were also around, 90% of base station talkers were using one of these two.
This one is in pretty good shape. I plan on getting some new meters and keeping this one online for a while. I'm still trying to find out more about the mod it has, so please fill me in!
