Garage Renovation Project Part 1. Assessing the damage.

Right before I hurt my back, I bought all the stuff I thought I might need to fix up this part of the shop. It's been leaking for years, and that combined with it's low roof line made it a candidate for upgrades.
I thought I'd share this series of the work that I'll be doing here to fix it back up. The improvements will allow me to add some much needed shop type equipment to the area so I can move along quicker with the restoration work I do here.
