1007 Servant, Friend, and Family part 2

In part one of Servant, Friend, and Family we looked at the eight administrations in the Word of God and how they determine the way that God deals with mankind. In part two, we look how initially the best relationship that a person could attain with God was a servant- Lord relationship. In the patriarchal and law administration, that was the best a believer could hope for. There were a couple of individuals who were elevated to the status of Friend of God. In the Gospel Administration Christ laid down his life for his friends. Now, in the Church administration, we have the special blessing of being sons of God by birth, by incorruptible seed. In this teaching we examine why that is such a big deal and a tremendous privilege.
