Lion Attack Hippo to Free Cheetah - Big Battle of Leopard vs Python - Wild Animals Fight 2021

One of the most thrilling animal encounters in the wild is the clash between a lion and a hippo. With the lion often being at a disadvantage in size and strength, it is an enthralling experience to witness a big cat relying on its cunning and agility to face off against a giant grazer. Recently, in the Masai Mara in Kenya, a powerful male lion was spotted taking on an immense hippo to free a cheetah trapped in river waters.

At first, it appeared that the lion was merely challenging the hippo to assert his dominance in the region. He made a few swipes at the large mammal but didn’t go far. Suddenly something changed; a cheetah had gotten stuck in the mud and was making distress calls as he struggled to get out of the river. Seeing his opportunity, the lion charged at the hippo, intensifying his attack, and was soon able to force the animal away from the cheetah’s position.
