Mother Giraffe kicks Lion head very hard to save herself, harsh life of Wild Animals

On a sunny day in the Savannah, a mother giraffe walked along the plains alongside her young one. As they strolled, they eyed the lions resting in the sun. While the giraffe had no intention of getting too close, the bold little calf wanted to check out the lions. As if sensing the danger, the mother giraffe kicked the lions away, not wanting them to make a meal out of her calf.

The mother giraffe reared back on her hind legs, and a powerful kick from her forelegs sent the lion sprawling several feet away. He managed to stagger to his feet with a grunt and a small roar, but he quickly retreated back with the rest of the pride to a safe distance. The lion seemed to accept the fact that the mother giraffe was simply protecting her young, but was still hesitant to come any closer.

The mother giraffe's kick had done its job, and she turned back to her calf, giving him a disapproving glance. The calf, however, seemed surprisingly unfazed by the event, as it had been expecting something like this. The two began to walk away with a few glances behind them, ensuring no lion was making a surprise attack from behind.
