South Africa Cape Town 16 February- 2023 - Alex Lansdowne, chairperson of the City’s mayoral advisory committee on water quality and wetlands on a boat tour of the coastal marine outfall in Green Point to refute claims by researchers, Action SA, and civil society groups that the sewage disposed of at its marine outfalls has not been properly screened and that it is misleading the public.
