Republicans In Chaos Over Plan To Cut Social Security

Rick Scott tells Fox News that Congress has a duty to Americans to tell them how they will preserve Social Security and Medicare "...that are going bankrupt." He defends his proposal to sunset every piece of federal legislation after five years and says it isn't the same as a spending cut.

Later, Mitch McConnell is asked about Scott and his "Rescue America" plan, and whether he'd like to Sen. Scott disavow the plan. McConnell responds by saying: "One more time...let me say one more time: there is no agenda on the part of Senate Republicans to revisit Medicare or Social Security."
