It is with deep sadness and a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Raquel Welch, the beloved and iconic actress, international icon, and Golden Globe recipient. Raquel passed away peacefully this morning after a brief illness, according to her manager Steve Sauer.

Raquel was an outstanding actress, whose career spanned over five decades, and she will be remembered for her remarkable charisma and beauty on the big screen. She starred in some of the most iconic films of the 1960s and 1970s, including The Three Musketeers, Bedazzled, Bandolero!, and Myra Breckinridge.
