This is becoming really popular and I don’t get it. Here’s Why You Shouldn't Dry Scoop Pre Workout. This is popular due to social media, making it very wide spread but I don’t think that you should dry scoop your pre-workout powders. As difficult as there is some pre-workouts that are literally called dry scoop and say on the side that you should dry scoop it. I would avoid doing this as pre workout, requires water to reach its cells in your body so depriving it of that doesn’t make much sense
