If you’re not going these, you’re missing the boat on hamstring development.

A must for athletes, Nordic Curls are amazing for hypertrophy in part due to their focus on the eccentric portion of the movement.

If you’ve never done these, use a PVC pipe against the ground to help lift yourself up and bend at the knees, not the waist.

I’ve been doing these a lot and as you can see, they appear to be working!
