Erich Pratt says ATF ‘zero-tolerance’ policy attacks the Second Amendment

Erich Pratt, Senior Vice President of Gun Owners of America, says the ATF’s new ‘zero-tolerance’ policy for revoking the licenses of firearm sellers is an attack on the gun industry and the Second Amendment. Pratt says license revocations are up 300 to 500 percent—the highest since the early 2000’s.
