Nintendo saves Ukraine again in time for Advance Wars to finally release.

So here we are again, we knew this would happen and said so in the part 1 months ago. Nothing but virtue signaling to try and avoid the twitter mob. If this game was truly offensive, it would still be equally offensive today. All the displaced people are still displaced, all the people who died are still dead. It's silly to think that the victims of the Russian Ukraine war would magically be cool with this because it's been memory holed by the rest of normies of the world. While I am excited people will get to play a series that's been long dead, I can't help but think they've just been stumbling every step of the way with this remake. It doesn't seem like this is going to release to much fanfare, nor success and it's a shame that this great series is probably going to die because of it. I genuinely hope #nintendo doesn't put too much stock in this game's success or failures.

This is not against Nintendo, I ADORE Nintendo. I'm sure the game will be great as well. I absolutely love advance wars games, specifically Days of Ruin being my favorite. Last I checked I had 350 hours in that game. So fun to pass and play with a buddy.
