Andrew Huberman explains the dangers of pornography comsumtion.
He talks about people who pno are more likely to no get aroused by human contact but instead wire their brain to get aroused by watching content on a screen.
He says that younger people are more likely to be able to rewire their brain as their brains are "hyperplastic".

He says that pornography can become addictive as it increases dopamine. Also our brains as a species are wired for to main goals.
Recreate and make young & protect the young. That's how every successful species as survived.

He also explains why some people can feel underwelmed because of overconsumption of dopamine. This can make people feel unmotivated because their "feed up".

Andrew Huberman explains a trick he uses to stop doing dopamine draining habbits is to think "stop now, so i can keep enjoying it".
Otherwise you would drain the dopamine receptors.
