Karine Jean-Pierre’s Truly Preposterous Claim
April Fools’ Day is still a good month and a half away, and yet yesterday, White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre stated that President Joe Biden is the “best communicator” in the White House.
Don’t worry – we’re still scratching our heads too.
At a press briefing yesterday, Jean-Pierre responded to a journalist’s question with this curious response, as reported by Fox News:
"White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre on Tuesday extolled President Joe Biden’s communication skills, calling him 'the best' in the White House.
The comments came during an exchange with a reporter who questioned whether Biden was 'equally adept' in all communication settings, be it 'set pieces, impromptu remarks, teleprompter, no teleprompter, etc.'
'[O]r are there . . . . somewhere he probably isn’t as strong, etc.?' the reporter asked.
'I would tell you this, the president is the best communicator that we have in the White House," Jean-Pierre said."
We’ve had multiple unidentified aerial objects flying over U.S. airspace that we’ve ultimately had to shoot down, and the President is barely addressing it. Even when we know at least one of these instances was a Chinese spy balloon that was allowed to traverse most of the country before the military finally got the go-ahead to take it down. There have since been three more similar instances, and we’re still not hearing anything about it from the White House. What do we know? What have we found? The American people demand the truth from this Administration, but we’re not getting it.
Add to that how the Biden Administration is all but ignoring the disaster still occurring in Ohio right now, where toxic chemicals have been released into the air after a train derailment. It’s a major environmental disaster that could have long-lasting repercussions, including endangering the health and lives of area residents, and the President of the United States has his head in the sand. Biden’s Secretary of Transportation, Pete Buttigieg, is practically ignoring it. Even Buttigieg’s own colleagues on the Left are calling him out for his inaction.
No one in the Biden Administration seems to know how to communicate, at least not with the American people – the people they’re supposed to serve. We don’t know what Biden is doing about these aerial objects. We don’t know what he knows and doesn’t know. And the rest of his Administration is following his lead. It’s a hear no evil, see no evil, speak no evil Administration.
Meanwhile, China is testing our strength and our security. And the rest of the world is watching and laughing. That is, those who aren’t emboldened to take action against the U.S. now because they’re seeing that we won’t do anything about it. The lack of solid communication from the Biden Administration is terrifying – but if he is the best they have, how can we possibly expect anything different?
Today’s full Sekulow broadcast includes more reactions to Karine Jean-Pierre’s absurd assertion about her boss, as well as updates on the foreign objects that have been shot down over the United States in the past week.
