12 weeks of cutting complete. No contest prep, no real reason except I felt like getting to a lower bodyfat percentage and then maingain. Started the cut at 170 and now just shy of 160 (158 this morning). My training strategy really doesn’t change too drastically whether I’m cutting/bulking/whatever, which I think is important to maintain a consistent routine. When I’m cutting I’ll eat less and a greater percentage of my daily activity will come from HIIT cardio and less LISS (I aim for 10k steps a day no matter what) but that’s about it. Main fitness priority for me now is longevity. Basically my goal is to age like Tom Brady lol.
