CZ SP-01 and P-01 with New Sights Running Speed Drills

After my last range session, I decided to buy the new Truglo Tritium Pro Sights for my CZ P-01 Cajun Gun Works Custom pistol.

The Truglo TFX Pros were nice, but the sight radium was shorter than I liked and there was no daylight between the front sight post and rear sights in the 3-dot configuration. I like to see some daylight between the front sight (each side) and rear sights when lined up.

The Truglo Tritium Pro Sights were just what I needed – they are perfect for the CZ P-01! So I took the already outstanding Truglo TFX Pro sights from the CZ P-01 CGW and replaced my Truglo TFX Pro (white sight ring on front sight) sights with the orange front ring sights from the CZ P-01.

If you got through all that and understood me – whenever I switch out sights, or buy a new (or new to me) firearm, I always check the sights at the range. If I remember, I also bring my B&J Sight Tool and fix any issues right there… Can’t tell you how many great deals I’ve gotten off used firearms that someone said they couldn’t hit anything with, only to find out that the sights just needed adjusting. Just saying, this sight tool has paid for itself time and time again…

Anyway, checked both pistols to ensure sights were good – had to adjust both, then ran some speed drills and accuracy tests. All fun of course and dang, both these babies are sweet pistols!
