TEST STREAM! CoD: MW2

Looking at performance of the test setup. 5800X, RX 6900 XT as main GPU and an Arc A380 as a dedicated encoder. The main purpose of this is to demonstrate the viability of using an Asrock A380 as a dedicated streaming GPU using the new encoder. So that maybe it can be a useful low cost upgrade. I will read comments and try to address questions as well as provide a more detailed config of the parts used in the test rig.
