▶️Ingredients
300g of Korean beef brisket, 300g of bean sprouts (remove the heads and roots as much as you like), a serving of radish, 2L of water, three green onion roots

▶️ Recipe (measuring rice spoon)
1️⃣Stir-fry 2 sesame oil over medium-high heat and the meat.
2️⃣Add radish, 3 chosun soy sauce, and 3 red pepper powder and stir-fry thoroughly.
3️⃣Pour water (500ml) and boil it
4️⃣Pour the rest of the water (1500ml) and boil it for about 5 minutes when it boils
5️⃣Open the lid and add bean sprouts, scallions, 2 lots of minced garlic, and 3~4 salted anchovies
6️⃣Simmer over medium low heat for 15-20 minutes.
