Today we're making Egyptian Lentil Soup!

Ingredients:
Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
Carrots: 25 grams
Onion: 25 grams
Fresh tomato: 100 grams
Garlic: 1 clove (more if you prefer)
Tomato paste: 2 tablespoons
Cumin: 1 1/2 teaspoons
Paprika powder: 1 teaspoon
Coriander: 1 teaspoon
Chili flakes: 1 teaspoon
Salt: 1 1/2 teaspoons
Pepper: 1 teaspoon
Lentils: 500 grams
Water: 2100ml (2.1 liter)
Lemon: Zest and juice of one
