One of the worst cases of receding gums I’ve seen, knocking off big chunks of horizontal tartar shelfs at the gum line. And if beige, brown, or black tartar isn’t enough, here we have green (!!!) Fixated on when a loose chunk finds its way over to the missing tooth hole and finally gets suctioned.
