Stalker Alert. He has made me feel very uncomfortable.

This Guy follows me Almost to the point i almost had to call the police. Harassment. I have seen him at several places that I go &he follows me around when he notices me. He even sometimes will get close enough I can smell him & hear him breath and Smack his gum.
I see him mostly at VALUE VILLAGE BELLINGHAM
