Day 17 finished with arguments made by State and Defense about whether the "Roadside Incident" of Alex Murdaugh trying to self-delete to enable his son Buster to collect insurance proceeds should be admissible. The Court will decide that this morning as the State begins to (hopefully) wrap its case in chief.
