Railway firm 'responsible' for derailment: Ohio gov

Ohio’s governor on Tuesday (February 14) said that Norfolk Southern Railroad was responsible for a train derailment in eastern Ohio on February 3rd that he said caused “terror” after toxic chemicals were released and nearly 2,000 residents evacuated. Ryan Brooks reports.
