We got a call at 7:30 pm to a job because one of the flexible water hose has burst under the sink. We'd been out about a year and a half ago, and there were actually photos of this flexible hose with stacks of rust marks on it. We also gave her a quote to get it fixed, but she didn't want it at the time. And now it's flooded the kitchen and destroyed the cupboard a little bit.
