When Chris Licht became the new CEO of CNN, he claimed he wants CNN to go back to its supposed roots of being fair and non-partisan. But has there really been any change?

Tim Graham, the director of media analysis at the Media Research Center and executive editor of the blog NewsBusters.org sits down with Larry Elder to discuss how that quest for non-partisanship at CNN is coming along.
