3) Stefan Thomas - Coil/Codius Fraud
4) Vitalik - Ethereum fraud (pump and dump)
5) David Schwartz/Arthur Britto - Polysign Fraud.

Is this all an appearance of "choice" when really its the same players hiding behind shell corporations and monopolising the industry, but slow rug pulling all of the industry. Fattening their pockets before packing up and leaving?
