The Welsh Government Declares War on Cars

The Welsh Government has just released it's new "Transport Strategy" which aims to almost stop the building of new roads in Wales. This follows the Welsh Government declaring a "climate emergency" and announcing plans to push people towards public transport and phase out the use of cars.
