Always create a good user experience

So. client Ascension hit $1m in its first year. Right. And it went through chapters developing the offer and then just like pumping traffic into it. But then there's all the optimizations on the back end. So for instance, we had to get a setter right who would call the lead. We started with one closer and then it went to 2 and then it went to 3 and then I went to 4 and now there's six people on the sales team and it's adding more stuff to the offer, right? So now we give them the cold email software for free. We write their scripts for them, right? We just make it so stupidly simple for them to actually get results. And it's kind of what Jeff Bezos says. Good customer experience, good customer experience over and over and over again.And that's how I've operated, is just make sure all of my clients get results. And that is actually why it's grown so much.
