Bank of America's Crazy BAD customer service

Bank of America customer support has gotten very poor recently. I had to record the Bank Of America support as proof because no one would belive how bad Bank Of America's support is. Just last week BofA customers on Twitter trying to reach anyone that could help them with missing payments processed through Zelle and Bank America support never responded.
