Upon release, Elizabeth Banks, the director of Sony’s female centric 2019 Charlie’s Angels reboot attempted to shame all men into seeing it – which in the end, few women and even fewer men did.
Now, three years later, she spoke publicly about the movies spectacular failure, but she appears to be going for some revisionist history.
