Cyclists targeted by cars in Oakland

Cyclists in the East Bay are raising concerns over apparent targeted attacks. Members of one group say drivers would get close to cyclists intentionally trying to hurt them. News reporter Ryan Curry spoke with members of that group who now fear going out on the road.
