In her countersuit, Amber Heard argued that because of JD, she at one point had been released from her Aquaman contract with DC Films, and that she had to fight hard to have that contract re-instated and shoot the movie.

Alas, Warner and DC Films executive Walter Hamada had a very different story - as if that wasn't enough, even Amber's experts were humiliated by JD's witness, Richard Marks.
