On August 15th, Variety published a statement credited to Ezra Miller, in which apologies for recent shenanigans and promises to do better were provided. With that, DC and WarnerBrosDiscovery are in a better position to release The Flash as is. But that also means doubling down on Ezra Miller; what then if he doesn’t change his ways? What would that do to the Flash, let alone the DC brand?
