PRO
The broom handles exactly the way I want it to and has a combination of shape and balance previously unavailable in the two-hand stance. When swung like a baseball bat, the broom would routinely sweep my opponent off their feet. Its size and weighty-ness made it an effective grappling weapon.

CON
Though the raw utility of the broom trivializes 1v1 combat, it deals virtually no damage and knocking someone out takes a lot of patience. Dealing small damage means that if the other guy has Security, you might not interrupt his attack and lose the exchange. XvX matches put you in a novel and hilarious crowd control role but 1vX matches become extremely difficult.

At the end of the day, the science suggests that only reason to use the broom is to style on the haters. The Broom Knight goeth!
