Putin launches latest nuclear submarine 'Emperor Alexander III' as part of new fleet

30.12.22 - President Vladimir Putin on Thursday (December 29) presided over flag raising ceremonies for newly built naval vessels and pledged to continue to support the strengthening of Russia's navy.
