The Bride of Chucky is a horror-comedy movie released in 1998, directed by Ronny Yu. It is the fourth film in the "Child's Play" series, which follows the murderous doll named Chucky.

The movie starts with Tiffany (Jennifer Tilly), the ex-girlfriend of the serial killer Charles Lee Ray (Chucky), buying his remains from a police evidence locker. She stitches him back together, only for him to come back to life as a doll.

Tiffany then uses a voodoo amulet to revive herself after Chucky kills her, and the two of them set out on a killing spree. Along the way, they need to find a way to transfer their souls into human bodies.

Their journey takes them to the home of Tiffany's neighbor, Jesse (Nick Stabile), and his girlfriend Jade (Katherine Heigl), whom Chucky and Tiffany hold hostage. The couple tries to fight back, but they are outmatched by the deadly dolls.

Eventually, Chucky and Tiffany successfully transfer their souls into the bodies of Jade and Jesse, but their newfound human form does not last long. They are both killed by the police in a dramatic shootout.

In the end, Chucky and Tiffany's souls are trapped inside two Good Guy dolls, which are then mailed to Jesse and Jade's relative, creating a potential opening for a sequel.
