US warrior jets destroy 'octagonal object' close to Canada line

The flying object was the fourth to be shot down over North America by the military in eight days.

US warrior jets have destroyed an "unidentified object" flying close to the Canadian line in the Midwest, the Pentagon said, the most recent episode since a thought Chinese observation swell put North American security powers fully on guard.
