As you can see, there was some fire on the 5th of February that the firefighters did nothing to intervene and let it run. On the 6th, a day after the firefighters placed explosives (and they needed explosive to set it on fire) the most dangerous gas the Vynil Chloride burned. So a day after in which the Chloride didnt burn and people had ample time to evacuate the area but no one knew, hence the person filming could continue to film. Pay attention, the chemicals didnt explode for a whole day and they needed explosives to explode but somehow there was an imminent risk of explosion from the Vynil Chloride?
