Identify your fires. What are consistent fires or time suckers? Then do problem-solving around those so that you can reduce them. Most companies, most industries have the same issues. They have the same questions over and over. So how can you more automatically answer those things? How can you get in front of them? So good planning, staying in front of your problems, and making decisions.
