Is healthy food really healthy? 🤔 Many people think of junk foods like Honey Buns and Cheetos when they think of processed foods... And they’re not wrong... But if we think of processed foods as those containing processed sugars (HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP) and seed oils...💩

Then some foods we think of as “healthy” would fall under the umbrella of processed foods...

Foods that are the MAIN drivers of obesity, diabetes, and chronic illness that we see today, due to the worst 2 ingredients in the world: 1. Processed sugars (High fructose corn syrup) 2. Seed oils Health nut whole grain bread: besides the fact that it contains gut-damaging gluten and grains, it also contains SOYBEAN OIL. Not sure what health nut would opt for this...👎 RX Bars claim no B.S., but contain processed sugars and seed oils...🤯 KIND Bars: processed sugar and canola oil...😮 Salad dressing is healthy, right? WRONG... Newman’s Own salad dressing contains a TON of canola oil. It’s the first ingredient listed on the label... Quaker Puffed Granola = processed sugars and canola oil... And Raisin Bran... you get the point here... So many foods that we think of as healthy are simply processed foods with tricky marketing... What should you eat instead? Opt for meat and organs (fresh or desiccated from @heartandsoilsupplements), fruit, honey, and raw dairy = #animalbased...🥩🍍 Welcome to #theremembering...🏹
