Today's featured exercise movement is the Smith Machine Reverse Grip Incline Bench Press. I use this movement when targeting the upper shelf of the pecs.

How to Perform the Smith Machine Reverse Grip Incline Bench Press:

Position yourself on an incline bench inside a smith machine. Grasp the bar with an underhand grip and carefully un-rack it. Keeping the bar rolled forwards slowly lower the bar stopping just above the chest then push it back up towards the ceiling to the starting position.
