David Goggins is the only member of the U.S. armed forces that has completed training as a Navy SEAL, Army Ranger, and Air Force Tactical Air Controller. He is also a former Guinness World Record holder for completing 4,030 pull-ups in 17 hours. Having competed in over 60 ultra-marathons, triathlons, and ultra-triathlons, he is one of the world’s top endurance athletes. He is also a New York Times best-selling author of “Can’t Hurt Me,” published in 2019. But before all this, Goggins was broke and overweight. It took him over two decades of grueling hard work and discipline to get here.
