The ABA Questions Whether the Baldwin Prosecution is for Real

Essentially the ABA article suggests that the prosecution has some insurmountable hurdles in convicting Baldwin. A guy I trust on the criminal law, Nate The Lawyer (a link to his channel is below) has done an excellent breakdown of why Alec may indeed be headed for a jail cell.
