ED DAVIS PARK in TOWSLEY CANYON, SANTA CLARITA CA, USA.
Fantastic Park with numerous trails - amazing wildlife. The Know before you Go:
* Snakes galore in the Canyon. Leave the Rattle Snakes and all of the Snakes alone as they serve a purpose - rat, mice and lizard reduction. They are predators that help maintain the balance of that particular ecosystem. I have faith in your ability to outsmart a snake - you are a human being after all!
* Bring plenty of Water! Ten essentials is always a smart play.
* Lots of side trails - so have a good idea of where you want to hike and how much time you want to invest in the beautiful scenery here. Download or carry a map & Compass.
The Park is located off of I-5. Plenty of parking availability! My trips here were from March & April of 2015 and I hope to visit again sometime soon.
