In this video I go over the numbers from Austin Board Of Realtors’ last stats, look at January’s housing activity, stats are not out yet, talk a bit about the good and the bad if you are thinking about buying or selling real estate in Austin and surrounding areas. And if you stick to the end we will look at the mortgage payment comparison from May vs. December with the rate change.
