THE COST OF FREEDOM-OBEDIENCE TO TRUTH

Real freedom from tyrants, and the bondage of sin comes with the price. When a conflict arises and war develops because of a tyrant, someone has to pay the price to regain freedom from oppression and bondage. That price is usually the sacrifice of our young men and women in the service of their nation, defending and regaining our freedoms.
We know that the whole world was under the domination and power of the wicked one, when Jesus came to this earth. The scriptures tell us in Matthew four “those who sit in darkness, saw a great light.”
We know that that great light that came to the earth, to deliver us from the bondage of the wicked one, and redeem us back to the father, is Jesus Christ.
The prophecy and Isaiah, it was repeated by Jesus himself when he said,” the Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he has anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor and deliver those that were in bondage of the wicked one.”
Jesus pay the price for our freedom with his own body on the cross, and with the stripes on his back for our healing. By his actions, we have been redeemed from the hand of the enemy, and brought back to the father of all creation.
Because of the sacrifice of Jesus Christ, we now our sons and daughters joint heirs with Jesus in the family of God.
Yes, to gain freedom there is a price. For you and I that price is obedience to truth.
